tried to satisfy all its customers when they have experienced a problem.  Brake Masters appreciates the efforts the Revdex.com makes in helping us to resolve complaints, and we believe we have addressed the concerns that Ms. [redacted] has and we do not feel that Brake Masters is responsible for any damages that Ms. [redacted] claim. Ms.  [redacted] brought in her vehicle for us to do a free service sent over from Discount Tire. Brake Masters was to install new wheel studs that had previous broken off. Brake Masters tried to find the wheel key to remove the tires, but were unable to locat the wheel lock. The tech tried to open the glove box and actual went to the customer to see if there was a certain trick to opening the glove box. Ms. [redacted] then claimed that we broke the box and in fact we never opened the glove box. Ms. [redacted] wanted Brake Masters to pay for damages that were not caused by us. The Area Manager met with the customer and pictures were taken showing no evidence that Brake Masters damaged the glove box. Ms. [redacted]’s boyfriend was able to open the glove box at out location.
