I have been in contact with the consumer on 10/5/via phoneI am not sure why the check recovery service did not respond to the consumerTo resolve this issue I directed the consumer to send a money order or cashiers check to our corporate
office for the bad check written in and never paidAs of today we have not received any payment

The customer called customer service on 12/with a complaint that her package was not delivered on time for two day serviceThe customer service representative provided the customer with the shipping policy as stated on our websiteThe customer hung up on the representativeSoon after the customer's mother called and argued the shipping policy and where it was located on the site stating she couldn't find it; she escalated the call to the supervisorThe supervisor listened to the complaint and offered the same shipping information to the customer and that the package was delivered on time according to the shipping policies on our websiteThe customer threatened the supervisor stating that if she didn't get a refund she would contact the Revdex.comThe supervisor said she did not appreciate threats but would look into getting a refund of the shipping differenceThe requested difference of $plus applicable taxes for a total of $was refunded to the customer's account on 12/21/An email was sent to the customer's email address on file at 9:57AM CST noting this refund
