Vanlines USA was amazing with our move from Mansfield PA to Fort Campbell KY Carlos was knowledgeable, gave a very fair estimate on the cost and was available for contact They moved everything days earlier than planned and packed everything very well I would use them again
My husband and I just used this company to go from Florida to Los Angeles
During my research of looking for an across country moving company this one was the most accommodatingMy main point of contact was a guy named ***, he came out to the apartment to give a quote and was very prompt with getting it to usWe were moving about boxes plus a bed and two desks and our quote was a little over 4KI then took this quote and compared it to renting moving pods to see if we could save moneyAfter researching we found out it was way too complicated with a moving pod because of street permits, possible weather damage etcAs well as renting the size of the pod we would need would cost the same amount of the moversAt that point we knew going with professional movers who load and unload everything was the best choice for the amount
When the movers showed up I was so stressed because I needed to still pack some things before they loaded up the truckWhen they came inside they immediately started packing the last boxes for meAll I had to do now was sit back and relax
One thing to note was we have a video game
Cocktail table, and the way they wrapped it was as if it was their ownThey took such good care of all of our things it put me at great ease
After they loaded up all our stuff they gave us the drivers number so we could call them at any pointThe driver also called us during that time to give us updates tooThey gave us the timeframe of 0-days and it got here on the 12th day
When the movers got here, they've unloaded all our stuff and as I'm opening the boxes nothing is broken! I had wine glasses packed and dishes, still nothing was brokenI would totally recommend Vanlines USA to anyone, they were great
