I received a phone call...

from the General Manager the following day informing me that the would absolutely honor the price listed on their website.  I returned to the dealership that day and purchased the car I was looking at originally.  My salesman was pleasant on this visit, as with the previous visit.  The situation has been corrected and I would like to close the complaint amicably.

We talked with the customer and have tried to resolve the issue.  There was no fault on our end and the situation was explained to the customer.
