I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]
There were no copyrighted material in the photos I wished to have developed.  I was not interested in "club" membership because I do not develop photos that often.  I am shocked that there was a statement about "swearing". I simply stated that "I will NOT be coming back to this establishment ever again!"  I am in total disbelief that a business would treat customers in such a fashion!!!

We have a sale on 24 EXP. 35mm film for $6.99 in our AD. We charge $3.99 for the processing of the negatives and .20 cents per print. Ms. [redacted] was only charged for 11 rolls, not 12 rolls. She had 10 full rolls that went over the 24 EXP by 11 prints at .20 cents each for $2.20. Then, the small...

We are sorry that you had a bad experience at our store. On occasion, customers will bring in photos that we are unable to print without a written release form from the owner of the image. This includes...

memes, artworks, and photographs that have been downloaded from the internet. This mostly affects us, and not the customer. When our associate came over to assist you with your order he noticed that you had at least one of the above mentioned categories. It's his responsibility to make sure that our lab does not print copyrighted materials, and did not mean any offense when he attempted to determine if your images were an issue. When the assistant manager initially helped you, she had no idea the content of your images, and also would have said you could print the pictures of people, but not of the internet memes. The associate also attempted to save you money by selling you our club membership, which would have reduced your bill by close to $20, but you wanted nothing to do with it. We also ask for identification from anyone that does not have their payment card signed. This may seem like a hassle, but it is for your safety, and not intended to inconvenience you. Unfortunately, you felt it was necessary to storm outside swearing, to get your I.D., however we want you to know there are no hard feelings and you are welcome to come print with us again.
