her service here, thoughshe apparently talked to my employees which I was not made aware of.I tried to call Ms. [redacted] on 7-26-2017 but got her voice mail.I left a message on her voice mail acknowledging her expresseddissatisfaction and asking her to call and make an appointment with me to try to resolve her complaints.It has been nine days since I left that message but she still has not contacted me.I have been practicing optometry in Loveland at the same location for the past 28 years.You can be certain that I could only have stayed in business that long by treatingour patients fairly and with respect and courtesy.I look forward to trying to resolve the issue but can only do so if Ms. [redacted] makes the effort to do so.Respectfully,Dr. Kenneth Van A[redacted]Optometrist and owner, Van's Eyecare[redacted]

complaint against Kenneth Van Amerongen. We have been able to resolve the issue with the company and Ms. [redacted] would like to drop her complaint. In my personal perspective, Dr. Amerongen has been very accommodating in working to please Ms. [redacted] and is now willing to issue her a $300 refund (per his conversation with her). I know Ms. [redacted] feels otherwise, but I do appreciate everything the company has done to try and make things right and the service he offers to seniors through the [redacted].
