Advisory. Do not use this company!
I have used this company for 7 years, stupidly. Not only do they never inform or get in touch re servicing but when they do the job they talk you into buying a load of junk that is never needed. I have just had a new unit installed by ECM, who were excellent, and when they removed the old unit they found all this stuff which had been installed at great expense.
