forwarded that email on the same day to the Revdex.com. Upon receiving this concern directly from the customer, we worked with him to understand and investigate the issue. As of last week, this concern was resolved.
On 1/27/14, we received the letter outlining his 1/19/14 email and identifying it as concern ID [redacted]. This email is to confirm that we were able to resolve this concern.
