With regards to case [redacted] which the customer states we diagnosed his vehicle with a bad coil is false There were several people here that day including my [redacted] decorated officer [redacted] just back from [redacted] assisting the mechanic to change the spark plugs and wires (per customer request) who can verify that he was told it could be several things that could be wrong and that without further diagnostics we could not tell him exactly what his problem was and at that time he declined Our Code reader or any other code reader that I know of will not tell you that your coil is bad
Attached you will find the original copy of the invoice we charged the customer it was $133.00NOT $ Customer REFUSED all diagnostics on his vehicle that was running roughbefore he requested the tune upHe was informed that without doing a diagnostic and justdoing the tune up may not cure his problem he still refused any type of diagnostic which isstated on the invoice We did the job per customer request I believe this individual is doingsome sort of scam so my advice to other shops is be careful of this individual Thank You!!
