Tenant reviewed lease and concurred landlord fully complied with all provision in their lease for Landlord access to the unit
Landlord was able to coordinate with new tenant who is endeavoring, at this late date, to take occupancy nearly month earlier which would save existing tenant nearly a full month's rentLandlord does not understand why the existing tenant had objection when originally proposed as it was in the existing tenant's best interest by saving money on this unit as the Tenant knew prior to the outset of their Revdex.com complaint they would be moving out more than a month early and obligated to pay rent to the end of the leaseLandlord did the existing tenant (and new tenant) a favor with no benefit to Landlord as either existing tenant or new tenant would be paying the rent for the month they vacated early

On or about 3/18/*** and ***'s separate initial contacts to me on this property were to Rent Only for herself, her significant other,
***, which she mentioned was an attyfrom Chicago, kids and a dog for this property advertised as Rent-to-Own (as the owner no longer wished to Rent Only this property)Later *** stated they potentially would Rent-to-Own this property if they really liked it and were given the lock box code noon Sunday 3/19/for access to walk thru the propertyAfter which upon request, I returned ***'s call on questions he had whereby *** stated he was not interested in Rent-to-Own but asked if the Owner might accept a higher monthly rent to Rent Only this property, which the Owner declinedAfter which *** continued to attempt to contact me leaving messages that they now wanted to Rent-to-Own in conflict with ***'s statements
Concurrently one of the several other Rent-to-Own prospects for this Rent-to-Own property were approved, paperwork signed, and property promptly taken off the market
