I moved in over a year ago and have had a very positive experience and renewed my lease for another year. Amanda was very helpful in setting up my online payment which I used for the first time today. It was easy and well-designed. Stacy was very helpful in getting me set up with my new lease and answering my questions. Alisha has answered several questions over the phone for me and came to examine my apartment after water leaked onto two of my floors from an apartment above me. The maintenance people Russ, James, and Mario have responded when I needed them. All of these people are friendly and resident-oriented for me. I thank them all. Hopefully this will continue to be my situation here.
