To whom it may concern,
In response to complaint id # ***, Vantage Homes LLC has since apologized to Ms***. I have removed her information from our system and instructed all employees to have no contact with the homeowner
It is never our intention to cause
stress for our clients. In our efforts to assist homeowners who are facing foreclosure, we use different tactics to reach those in need BUT we definitely respect their wishes.
We have since corrected this situation and are asking that this be removed from our file
