RE: ID *** - *** ***To Whom it May Concern:We have received the complaint filed by Mr*** ***We have reviewed Mr*** account and have determined that the charges that were assessed against Mr*** security deposit were appropriate and substantiatedWe have pictures
documenting the condition of Mr*** apartment at move-outThe carpet had stains above ordinary wear and tearAdditionally, the apartment was not returned to the same level of cleanliness as it was given at the inception of the tenancyWhile we do have pictures supporting the condition of the walls, as a Customer service gesture, we will waive the charges assessed for paintingNote itemized statement, along with the evidence of the damages was already provided within the timeframe required under local lawThat said, we have enclosed the documentation again.Charges for water, sewer and trash are billed in arrearsThe charges for those utilities that appeared on the finalized statement of deposit were through his move-out dateFinally, it appears that *** *** did not notify the gas and electric company that he had moved out of the apartmentHe will need to contact those companies directly to update his account with the correctmOve-Out date.We will update Mr*** account, reflecting the credit for the painting charges, leaving *** *** with a balance of $120.26. *** *** General Manager Vantage Pointe Apartments
