June requested quote for installation of a deckWe asked for quote.s depending on what the cost would permit They only gave one overall estimate The deck and pergola 12' x 60' with a set of stairs and slide for the kidsAll work had to meet code and be inspected by the county Different emails were sent back and forth no contract was signed Tests tech did send a comple incomplete copies Work started around sept 2015, My father in law, who used to do inspecting for the Govt, State of *** and the city of ***, He did several inspections and brought up issues tha they fixed The real problem is they spent $on a slide and they broke it and the MFG would not replace it because it was ot a defect The installer later said he was working on his house and couldn't put any money towards buying a new slide They alsp were asked to seal the deck and they finished the floor of the deck then they got rained out and they didn't come back for a few months because of s
