Dishonest, unethical and bad for businesses
Vantage west credit union bank is dishonest and does not deserve businesses to bank with them. They help customers steal money from businesses .
A customer who has a card from them can shop in a store .
use their card with a chip , you get an authorization , they sign the receipt , they take the products , we have them on camera then they file a dispute and the bank will not accept proof and will let the business lose the goods and the money. This is dishonest and they are helping people steal and hurting small businesses. The dispute department is shocked that this bank can do that and they dont agree with it .
I am very upset with the bank.

I have an auto loan through this companyI am one payment and two and a half months into the loan and the company has sent no further bills When calling the company says "no customer service reps are available" then hangs up on youTrying online billpay asks for you checking (only) accnt &, routing number AND all your username and password and pin to "connect"This is on http (not even https) Super shady companyI wouldnt bother dealing with them, as they seem to want to repo my car Dont worry even when you put all this personal stuff into the system it "failed to connect"Still no reps available on the phone after a week of getting hung up on Avoid them at all costs

This letter is in response to the above captioned complaint dated 01/14/2015.On January 6, 2015, [redacted] received an electronic (ACH) deposit in the amount of S6,into an account that had had no activity since it was opened October 30, On the same day that the $6,was deposited into her account, Ms [redacted] requested a wire transfer to China, at one of our Phoenix branch locations.Vantage West is vigilant in our attempts to protect our members from becoming victims of fraud schemes, that, I'm sure you are aware of, are on the rise.The pattern of activity on Ms [redacted] account alerted our wire room, and after investigation it was discovered that the electronic deposit of $6,was in the name of an individual that Ms [redacted] did not knowMs [redacted] indicated that she needed to wire these funds to her fiance, who she has not yet met.The 6,was returned to the sending bank in accordance with [redacted] procedures.This information has been provided to Ms [redacted] .Should you have any questions in this regard , please contact me at ###-###-####

I appreciate the response from the Vantage West Credit Union but as of today August 22, my credit report still shows that I am days past due times once for June and July This is incorrect reporting and needs to be corrected immediately
This has made a huge financial burden on me since with the incorrect reporting I am not able to refinance my house*** ***

Dont worry even when you put all this personal stuff into the system it "failed to connect". Still no reps available on the phone after a week of getting hung up on.

Avoid them at all costs.
