Review: Vapage customer service is refusing a refund back to me for an order I did not receive. I placed an order for $42.88 back in september 2014. My order never arrived to the shipping address I provided. For several weeks I called the customer service phone number and left messages. No one returned my calls. Finally in january 2015 "[redacted]" emailed me that my package was returned back to Vapage. I politely told "[redacted]" I no longer wanted or needed the order and that I would like a refund. "[redacted]" Said My card on file would be refunded. It was not. thenwaited a few weeks and then had to email "[redacted]" again asking about my refund. She said she now needed my expiration date for my card. It was also on file. I waited several more weeks for my refund. I emailed "[redacted]" again. She then explained that she needed my full card number. Which was on file. Over a course of the past 5 months I still have not received my refund. I am now being told that I cannot have a refund because it has been more than 90 days. This was never explained To me. And by the time "[redacted]" had finally emailed me in january 2015, it hed already been past the 90 days, but I was told I would receive my refund. It seems as if they were delaying time to get past the 90 days in order to not give me my money back.Please help.Desired Settlement: I would just like to be refunded my $42.88 that I was told I would have been refunded back in january.

Review: I purchased two items and was charged three times for my purchase. Upon checkout, the site also said that my payment didn't go through, but when I checked my credit card, it shows it being charged three times. I tried contacting this company through their online chat and no one is responding. I then tried to call this company and selected the option to speak to customer service, but no one is answering their phones. I then chose to speak with someone from the purchasing department, but no one is there to answer phones either. Their site claims that their business hours are between 8am and 5pm pst. It is 2pm pst right now and evidently no one works at this company during their regular business hours.Desired Settlement: I want all charges removed from my credit card.

Review: I ordered 6 boxes of cartomizers and received 4. The 24mg red was out of stock as per Vapage and would ship shortly. I received an email stating this. I did receive one package and it was short 2 boxes of 24mg red vapage cartomizers which Vapage said they would ship when back in stock. Now, when I look at my account it says they shipped everything and the same time their email says back-ordered. I DID NOT RECEIVE 2 boxes of 24mg red cartomizers. They charged my Visa the entire amount of $50 which was for 6 boxes of cartomizers and free shipping. I've emailed customer service 3 times, forwarded them my email about the back-order, and have left 3 messages on their customer service phone which they never answer now. It goes to voice mail. Are they out of business or something? I need to get this resolved because if they don't intend to provide the products I paid for already I will have my Visa company attempt to get a charge back.Desired Settlement: Ship me the product immediately and also correct my order status to say 'not complete' until they do ship me the two boxes they owe me. I've not had issues with this company before but something is up now. Nobody ever answers the business phone at all. I want two boxes shipped at no cost within 5 days or a refund of $20 to my Visa in 5 days from now (11/3/2014) Thanks.
