Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The business states: The customer purchased his vape in May used it for months with e-liquid and wanted to return his used product months later in JulyWe have a ALL SALES ARE FINAL sign posted at the registerBesides that it is not right for us to take back a used item, and the distributor will not take back used items eitherWith that said we will still refund the customer his $against our own policy because it seems like the customer went through a great ordeal and we would like to end on a good note with him and the Revdex.comThis response affirms what I stated in my initial complaintI knew sales were final, but complained about the short life of the product - and asked for assistance with repair or replacement - which was refusedMoreover, he response does not address the full body of the complaintI purchased devices from this vendor, all of which failed and led to an up-sell with the promise that [redacted] would exchange all coils that I had purchased for models that had broken on a 1:basis with coils purchased for new products that I was up soldAt this juncture, I have sent the product back to the manufacturer for service/ replacementIf the product is serviced and repaired or replaced by the manufacturer - then [redacted] can resolve this matter by exchanging all of the unused coils that I purchased for the products that failed (as they said they would - but did not when they tried to up-sell me a new product on the failure of the last) In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

The customer has acknowledged that we have an ALL SALES ARE FINAL policyOur vape products range from low end 35$ to high end 200$The customer states that we up-sold him on devices which is not the caseHe complained about the short life of the low end product he purchased which we explained to him at the time might happen when buying the cheaper vape productsWe are not at fault for this and next time he needs to do research before purchasing productsWe have been in business for over 1/years with great reviews and have never had a customer like thisIf his coils are unused we will gladly exchange them for himWe are a legitimate business helping people quit smoking cigarettes and that is our main goalThank you

We have a ALL SALES ARE FINAL sign posted at the register. Besides that it is not right for us to take back a used item, and the distributor will not take back used items either. With that said we will still refund the customer his $54.44 against our own policy because it seems like the customer went through a great ordeal and we would like to end on a good note with him and the Revdex.com. This response affirms what I stated in my initial complaint. I knew sales were final, but complained about the short life of the product - and asked for assistance with repair or replacement - which was refused. Moreover, he response does not address the full body of the complaint. I purchased 3 devices from this vendor, all of which failed and led to an up-sell with the promise that [redacted] would exchange all coils that I had purchased for models that had broken on a 1:1 basis with coils purchased for new products that I was up sold. At this juncture, I have sent the product back to the manufacturer for service/ replacement. If the product is serviced and repaired or replaced by the manufacturer - then [redacted] can resolve this matter by exchanging all of the unused coils that I purchased for the products that failed (as they said they would - but did not when they tried to up-sell me a new product on the failure of the last).
