UPDATE:
The very expensive Vaporizer that I bought two days before I wrote this review, BROKEBig surpriseAnd *** and his Wife, REFUSED to HONOR the thirty day guaranteeI brought in the receipt and broken parts
She knew that I wrote the bad consumerism review and DISCRIMINATED against meShe said because I did not approve of their business practices that she was not going to HONOR their warranty policy or refund policy
Furthermore, she chased my crippled mother out of the store when she tried to return the device for me on my lunch hourShe shamed my mother in public and humiliated her because they were angry at ME for this review
And then at the end, they laughed and said they thought this review was good for business
Just so you all know, these people are NOT honest and way more immature than I originally thoughtI went to *** and they were kind enough to repair the device for me and the consumers in that vape shop and the many vape consumers in the other vape shop that I go to in Ann Arbor, were all very shocked at what happenedI was literally in tears for an hour because *** and his wife are so VINDICTIVE and ridiculousI never in my life ran into people that CANNOT take criticism on any level
My sisters, my mother, my friends that visited that shop all promised to never buy from them againThey lost THOUSANDS because they would not honor their warranty and refund policyThey just don't get itIt would have been easier to just say screw it and give me my $100, I'll now post this review everywhere
This business gives bad information on vaporizers so that we burn out coils early and use incorrect oil for their vaporizers which in turn causes us to replace our vaporizers and coils way before we should have toThey are comparable to dishonest mechanics that say your car needs a new engine and it only needs a spare partThe vaporizer I bought is also sold by the vendor for $dollars less
I received bad information, conflicting information from several employees, including *** and ***I was constantly burning coils after one or two daysThe coils are supposed to last at least a weekThis was after *** told me I could use my vaporizer at to wattsSo I asked *** the "Vape Specialist" what the problem was and he told me that "whoever" /His Bro *** (he did not realize at the time) sold me my vaporizer was wrongThat I was using the wrong oilI use only one flavor and I asked *** before I spent way too much money on my vaporizer if I could use the oil I likeHe said "Absolutely"*** told me if I continued to use the oil that my smoker would leak and breakSo I spent over $dollars on product that I couldn't use or use correctlyCONFLICTING INFORMATION
I said to *** this is not the first time I've received bad info on the productsI told *** the same thing on many occasions and both employees turned the business' issues, of scamming people out of money, into "your a problem customer and I don't want to deal with you" type of situationI work as a Customer Service Adviser for a prominent company and both of these employees would not make it in a my companyThey have zero training
*** especially seems to have poor training when it comes to customer solutions and problem solvingBoth *** and ***, teamed up against me when I asked for help and correct information on how to use my VERY expensive vaporizerI don't think they have been trained very well on the products and when I tried to get to the bottom of where the bad advice was coming from, I became the "problem" and "hysterical" before I even became hystericalThe business culture here is based on a bro code-- I realized this after both of them spoke in the back room and *** demeanor changed from concerned to, "you are the problem lady"
Mostly men work at this store and they ganged up on meIt was really upsetting and tragic because I have shopped at this store for over two years
After hundreds of wasted dollars, I'm completely frustrated with this companyI wish they backed up the products they represent and not give bad advice so we have to keep coming in there and replace vaporizers and coils way before we should have to
Good businesses are HONEST and TRANSPARENTI understand you are a small business and have only a few years under your belt, but seriously-- customer service is EVERYTHING
These reviews reach thousands of peopleI have family and friends that shop at your storeCustomer service, word of mouth about having a good experience is your life lineTHE BRO code doesn't make for great incentive for women to come in thereI understand that you may not take this review seriously because you obviously didn't take any of my concerns seriously, but hopefully I can save some customers moneyTransparency in business and giving accurate advice should be your mottoStop scamming people out of money because you want to get rich quick
