Hi ***, IMR batteries can be easily damaged for several reason including but not limited to over charging, over discharging, rapid charging, over heating or shortingIf the battery was to be defective it would have appeared on your first charge cycleThe batteries sold by us are completely safe when used properlyAs was mentioned by our representative in conversations with you and agreed upon by accepting the terms of service and our return policy batteries carry a DOA warranty onlyYou had been using the batteries for three weeks when you first contacted usMaking threats against us in which you have made to our customer service representatives will not change the enforcement of the DOA policy on batteriesWe will not be refunding your purchase
