*** *** made her purchase as stated on April 15th and e-mailed us on June 1st saying that she was having some problems and her cartridge was leakingWe attempted to assist her with proper cleaning as well as advising her that our e-juice
cartridge would be what she needed for runnier oilsThe warranty card clearly states that warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for (1) year and cartridges are excludedWe then received an e-mail demanding a refund on August 12th almost months after her purchase date of April 15th stating it never worked once and she wants a full refund or she was going to call the Revdex.com on usWe notified her all sales are final as stated on the website when she purchased it and that her battery and charger was warrantied however cartridges again are excludedThis customer was properly assisted and responded to around times over a few months timeWe value all of our customers and stand behind our warranty 100%We do however have policies and procedures that apply to our warranty as well as our "All Sales are final" policy online and this customers problem wasn't with her battery or charger even her cartridge was still heating upI have attached our online order page that clearly states all sales are final which is also listed at the footer of every page of our site as well as our warranty that clearly states what's covered and excludedThe warranty can also be found here www.ruvaped.com/warrantyI also have all of the correspondence with said customer that I can provide as well upon request to help assist in relieving this matter

I was not using a runy productIt is a solidI do not want the cartridgeI ordered a replacement pack of and tested all of them as wellThat is also on the orderI want to return the batter tank charger everythingThis product is defective, does not workI have made over $worth of purchases from this EXACT SAME PRODUCT from your site alone(I have purchased the same model from other vendors as well)I am familiar with the product and operationsIt is insulting to the consumer that the company does not honor defective productEspecially since I know that the cost of goods from manufacturing overseas is MINIMAL compared to the mark up they are chargingI have not asked for much, to exchange the product that does not work? I will send all the pieces back to the vendorI did not even request for a cartridgeI wanted a full exchangedSince the company was so rude, I requested a refund (since who would want to promote a company that does not provide customer service)let facts be factsI have not been able to use this product effectively EVERIt is clearly defectiveI would
