MrAnderson did indeed buy an RDA from our store and was advised that it was a clone at the time of purchase This is an established practice at VapeLand as we do not deceive our customers An authentic device is usually sold at upwards of $ A clone is obviously sold for significantly less When MrAnderson purchased his device he was informed that the device was a very good quality clone MrAnderson came into our store approximately two (2) months after he purchased his device and advised my staff that he attempted to sell it to someone and pass it off as authentic and subsequently failed This was the reason he wanted a refundOur stated and firmly practiced refund policy is that we will refund someone within days of purchase if there is a mechanical failure with the device If there is user error or buyer's remorse we do not provide a refund, and clearly the day limit was exceeded MrAnderson was advised that his situation did not warrant a refund He became belligerent and disrespectful In an attempt to work with him he was asked if he had a receipt or original packaging and he did not He was further advised that he could not be provided with a refund and due to his disrespectful behavior (cursing and shouting) he was asked to leave the premises VapeLand's refund policy is clearly stated on all receipts and is a firmly established practice MrAnderson's situation did not fall within the policy and he was denied a refund Please do not hesitate to contact Tarek M [redacted] at ###-###-#### or [redacted] @msn.com for any further inquiriesRespectfully yours, Tarek M [redacted]

After I was told to come back to Vape land with my receipt that he would give me a refund. I drove back to my home, and then returned with my receipt. He continued to refuse to give me my money back. I was never told this item was a clone or a fake. If I had, why would I have bought this item?

Review: on 06/19/2015 I purchased a "Haze mini RDA" from this vapeland for $35.00 plus tax. I was told that it was an authentic device made by vapehead origins. I went home and tried the RDA and it blew my very expensive sigelei 150watt device. So I did some research and found out thats the RDA I purchased was actaully a clone of the real one made by vapehead origins. So I went back to vapeland and asked why I wasent told that I was buying a clone. the owner of vapeland ( Tarek M[redacted]) said that they dont sell clones, they only sell authentic devices. I then had him grab the same RDA I bought off his shelf and I showed him how you can tell very clearly it is a clone. He then kicked me out of his store and refused to refund me my money. The bottom line is that Tarek is selling customers junk clones of authentic products, that you can buy on the internet for under ten dollars, as if they are the real thing, and charging the price you normally pay for the authentic ones. I have contacted the owner of Vapehead Origins whom make the authentic RDA with pictures of everything. I want my refund and I think he should be responsible for the cost of my MOD that blew up when I attached the clone he sold me thinking it was real. Had I known it was a clone I would have never bought it.Desired Settlement: I want my refund and I think he should be responsible for the cost of my MOD that blew up when I attached the clone he sold me thinking it was real. Had I known it was a clone I would have never bought it.
