Mrs*** called our store in Spanaway and spoke with ***, Mrs *** stated she was charged the wrong price for a ml bottle*** told her to return to the store and they would correct the mistake, Mrs*** stated she would be there in a few hours.Returning to the store *** looked at the bottle stated the bottle was indeed a ml , She showed both size bottles togetherMrs*** started to get angry with *** and stated she only paid for the same size bottle at the other store.*** called the other store and reached me ***, After *** had explained the problem and sent over a picture of the two bottles side by side I could see the difference in size. I asked to speak to Mrs*** and also told her the bottle she was looking at was a 15ml bottle she stated she wanted a refund of her moneyI apologized that there had been a mistake on the label it stated it was a 10ml when it should have read mlI asked to return the call to ***When I spoke to *** she was very nervous and scared as the customer was quite loud and upset with her *** return her money as shown in the attachment aboveMrs*** received her money back and demanded *** to give her thye bottle of juice tooWhen *** refused she walked out the door got in her car and proceeded to throw the empty bottle into the our front glass window the mistake was done by putting to bottles together the first bottle in which was a 10ml and the second which indeed was a ml bottle
