I recently made a purchase from Vapor Alley on the internet. This was not my first experience with this company. Every purchase I have made has been great. This last purchase had a bit of a hick up though. I got a email letting me know the item was not available which contradicted the internet site. this was upsetting at first until I got immediate responses from my email replies. The store rep was doing what he could and promised to keep me apprised of the situation. They offered other items in its place or to wait a few days until they got more of what I ordered in. I decided to wait. Vapor Alley mailed my package first class as soon as it arrived. At the end the package was in my possession three days later than it would have been if there was no problem. I am happy with the way they handled the situation and will continue to due business with them. I will also continue to give my recommendation to any one that will listen!Their selection,price and customer service are excellent.
