I bought a charging unit for my vapor cigarette I took it home plugged it in and it did not work with my unit I brought it back to the store within an hour They would not refund my money even though I had the receipt

I purchased a vapor from the storeI was not informed the battery was not included and it was added to the purchase without being told it was a separate itemI left the store and immediately had issues the vape unable to get it to work at allI returned to the store the same nightThey played with the item and claimed to have gotten it working, however again it did not workI called the store that night and expressed my concernsI was told it would not be returned however they would again try to fix itI returned the following day and was again told it was fixed after it was again taken apart and played withI was told that I was not hitting a button correctlyI expressed other concerns with the product, however they were all dismissedSince then it has continued to give me issuesIt is now weeks later and the charging port has fallen out of the product completely
