I offered him 4 different times to come into the store and I would refund his money. He was so nasty and said since I was not going to comply he would just file on me and threatened me several times. When he came into the store his product may have stopped working but, it was due to abuse. We have a 7 day exchange policy. We take back products as long as they do not look damaged. His product clearly was damaged by him.

any product to sell as a "Chinese" knock off. The Vision Spinner II we sell comes in a box with an authentic scanner box from Vision. Our battery looks just like the one Vision has on the site.
