After receiving the wrong product, it took customer service days to get back to meBrandon has been kind so I gave this review two stars solely for that reason, otherwise I'd give it one at bestIn order to get what I ordered I have to go through a lengthy process of paper work, mailing the incorrect product I got back, etcAt this point the weeks it's going to take me to actually get my product is not worth it and I'd rather just keep what I got and buy what I originally ordered elsewhereDefinitely won't be buying from vaporhub again after how many complications I've had to go through just to get what I ordered Edit: not only did I receive the wrong product (which they did nothing about) one of my negative posts is broken alsoOn top of getting much smaller post holes in this rda that I didn't want in the first place (making it impossible to build any claptons, zippers, etc.) one of the posts being broken also means I can only put a single coil build inHonestly cannot believe how bad the service is for such a reputable company

Review: I was not satisfied with product. Called and emailed a few times for RMA #. finally got it on 10/3/14, and returned product, all within return time frame.Still have not gotten credit for return even though I have inquired about it.Desired Settlement: I would like credit card refund as promised on website, less s&h.
