Review: After using an E-cigarette from this store ( vapor labs) , the first puff created a leaky liquid entering my mouth forming a white sore inside my cheek. I spent gas money trying to return the item, only to find out they refused. I attempted to resolve this matter with my credit card company, however, because 'all sales are final'. This is a health, customer service and monetary matter. Thank you in advance for hellping me with this situation.Desired Settlement: I would like my gas & product money refunded, and only if my mouth gets worse paid doctor bills ..thank you

As to this complaint let me start off by stating that all customers are informed due to the nature of the product all sales are final at time of sale. That being said we will take care of any defective products and if the customers aren't happy we usually work with the customer to ensure they are happy. In this particular situation customer came in with a rude attitude and we asked him what was wrong. He demanded that he wanted a refund and stated if we don't he would call his credit card company. My employees simply followed store policy and wanted to see whats wrong to see if they could correct the problem. Instead the customer through a temper tantrum and stormed out of the store. There was no mention of him getting sores from the fluid or anything involving his health which is impossible because these are made with kosher food grade vegetable glisterine used in many food products and we never had an incident as he described. This was the last we heard from him until we got a chargeback for our credit card company. The credit card denied his claim and now hes making false accusation on the Revdex.com. We always make an effort to ensure all our customers are happy but in this situation the customer never gave us the opportunity to do so and was rude and unprofessional.

His employee was completely rude ..all he said all sales are final
