Review: I bought a ego one mini from vapor max on the evening of June [redacted] and on the evening of June [redacted] the button wouldn't push and as far as I can tell the product is broken after 3 days of use. At the time of purchasing the product, no one made it clear to me nor did they tell me that they have a return policy. It doesn't state it on their receipt either. When I came back Saturday morning on the [redacted] of [redacted] who works at this store said he can't help me and that it is my problem to take care of and send the product back to the manufacturing company since they have a warranty. He wasn't helpful he was rude and wouldn't budge on helping me what so ever. After spending my time and money in their store in the past he was very unhelpful and I left the store with out a resolution and the same broken product after I paid $50 for something that broke in 3 days.Desired Settlement: I think it would be good customer service if they would exchange my ego one mini for another and took care of the exchanges with the company that it came from instead of me having to wait for a new one for weeks.
