Review: A month ago I bought a vape from this store within three days after the purchase which was 80.00 for the vape. The vape stopped working. I went back to the store and [redacted] was the one that sold me that vape originally I told him that the vape stop working he said it was my fault no refunds all sales where finally. He never said that when I originally bought the vape. [redacted] said it was something wrong I did! Mind you it was my first time purchasing a vape and using a vape also! I gave him the benefit of the doubt!so I went back last week to purchase a tip for my new vape that I purchased somewhere else. I asked [redacted] if the tip would work on my vape he said yes it would! I paid 30.00 for the tip! Went home tried figuring out why it wouldn't fit! I went back and talk to the owner because [redacted] was not there! The owner just said come back Thursday so [redacted] could help me! I wouldn't understand why he couldn't help me when he is the owner of the shop and he should know what his employees are doing!!very unprofessional if you sale vales you should know what tip is for what vape and etc!and as a owner you should try to provide the best consumer service for your customers and not blow them off or rip the off.Desired Settlement: Refund in cash the same way I bought there items
