I ordered some coils from vapor tech USA and received them hassle free within days and received exactly what I orderedThank you!

I am the member of the LLC, I personally handled this situationOur company does online business all over the country, with superior customer serviceWe take care of our customersWe always honor exchange and refunds if a mistake happens on our sideIn this particular matter, this customer
stated he received a different brand of product, which we do not carry 100%We are the direct manufacture of our brand, we make and sale only our brandWe do not carry any other brand of liquid in our warehouseHe also sent a picture of the product he received, which I have never seen in my life, nor have I ever heard of this brand on the marketIn this case, our company will not be able to issue any exchanges or refund to this customerAs I feel this is an internet scam I would like to add, this person contacted me via text message the same night after I personally spoke with this person, and he identified himself as the customers lawyer, which I' am sure it was not, just a personal friendHe began to threaten me, by asking me if I was even a citizen to this country or not, which is discriminationAs every resident of this country that has all the same rights as citizens(the answer is yes, I' am a citizen of the USA, but this is not the case) and also he began to state harassing comments asking if my mom believes in cows instead of God which is harassment in my eyes because I 'am coming from a Muslim family, which we strongly believe in God In this case, I can easily press charges on these two individuals for harassment and discrimination on my religious beliefsI have saved all of the text messages as proof for my caseAs I 'am a very busy businessman, I don't have time for this type of matterBut again, if they take this case any further then I will have to take action against these two peopleI have already wasted thirty minutes of my time to write this email, please do not let these two people waste yours and my time any further.Thank you very much

My lawyer asked about citizenship as an honest and relevant question pertaining to our business transactionAs expected, Vapor Tech neglected to mention the obscenities sent to my lawyer which resulted in the other commentsI too have kept these texts as proof of my caseIn no way is any of that conversation discrimination or harassmentIf anyone was harassed it was me by the theft of my money and being called a liar. Aside from that conversation, certain facts remainThe Vapor Tech website and the invoice I received advertises *** ** shippingMy order arrived in a severely damaged *** envelopeThat is fraudulent advertisingThe *** envelope has the Vapor Tech return address infoPerhaps if my order was shipped as advertised, none of this would be happeningAnother fact is the message on my invoice saying "we have old label liquidationHere are some free flavors for you" This is proof someone on the Vapor Tech added liquids, perhaps without the owners knowledge, to my orderIn my opinion, for the benefit of Vapor Tech's future as a business, this should be investigatedThe attached images prove these facts. I cannot withdraw my complaint until I receive my correct order or a refundIf Vapor Tech did business the way they advertise, no one's time would wasted

I did explain everything clearly on my first responseThe first attachment I sent you, is the real picture *** *** sent meWhich he didn't send you in his responseThe picture shows a different brand of e liquids, which does not belong to us, nor has it ever been in our possessionHe mentioned the old label liquidation, yes, we do give away our old label liquids to our customers for free on top of the original orderThe old label is still Vapor Tech with slight adjustments, as you can see that on the second attachmentIn this case as I stated before, I know this is a online scamUnder this circumstance, our company will not issue any exchanges or refunds

Purchased an electronic cigarette in February was promised it has a "Lifetime Warranty". E-cig broke in November of same year. Upon trying to get e-cig replaced was told there would be a "Restock Fee" which is the same price of buying a new unit. Nice "Lifetime Warranty" Vapor Tech! Spoke to "Managers" at 2 separate locations ([redacted] and they are unable to do anything. Spoke to main office on 35th ave and was told there was nothing they could do. DO NOT SHOP HERE! They are only out to get your money!

I have purchased from Vaportechusa website as well as at their mall locations and have always had outstanding customer service. My online orders always ship on time and their prices and selection are great! They carry the only e-liquid I will ever vape, the flavor is clean and super tasty and the price is very competitive. Their cowboy blend and banana cream are my favorite. Keep up the good work Vaportech
