Review: this company offers a vapor e cigarette they send you this nice starter kit with different flavors and the e cig and all you have to do is pay for the shipping. well that is wrong after we received the product we noticed are bank account was charged 99.95 and they were gonna be doing a recurring fee every month for this. so my advice to everybody is to stay away from this company... the company is a bunch of scammers and we have filed a fraud complaint with our bank to get our money back.... beware of this companyDesired Settlement: I want my money back

Review: I ordered a starter kit from this company. They took my money and never sent me a product. When I tried to call them, I was put on hold and then it said they were closed to leave a message and someone would get back to me. I left maybe 25 messages no one got back to me. I tried to email them maybe 10 times - no one got back to me again. Do not use this company for anything!! It's a ghost town. They'll take your money and you'll get nothing!!Desired Settlement: I want my money back that is all. It was a birthday present that was never given. I don't want any product from them because after reading the statements on here they sound dirty or you don't get the right product. Thank you

Review: Ordered and was charged for a starter kit of e-cigarettes. Item tracking showed that package was sent to wrong address. Post office reports item was returned to sender and is still sitting at the local post office. Phone calls and emails to company go unanswered. Under the circumstances, (someone is trying to quit smoking) I think this company is horrendous and should be shut down for fraud. I've also read several complaints online so this is not an isolated situation.Desired Settlement: Refund of the full amount, $44.95.

Review: I accidently ordered 2 starter kits and liquid, I edited my order and they still sent and billed for 2. Everytime I call the prompts promise my own personal customer service agent, yet they are never open nor return my numerous phone calls. Everything was hand written, so evidently this is a home run business. They state in the voice promts you must talk to them to return items, also my e-mail recieved no reply.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like to return everything, but I would settle for being able to return the 1 of the orders and my funds returned to my credit card.

Review: I placed 2 orders:

14215 on 02/04/14, and 14220 on 02/05/14

Both of these orders are still listed as awaiting fulfillment, and ALL of my requests for answers have not been responded to.

The debit charges for BOTH of these orders have been completely processed by my bank.Desired Settlement: I want the orders to be full-filled.

Review: I ordered from Vapor Ultra now 2 weeks ago yesterday and I still have not received my order!!! I keep checking the status of my order but it is still awaiting fulfillment but I did notice they were payed immediately. Frustrated I have called numerous times and the line is always busy and have e-mailed them numerous times and no answer back!! I want answers I don't get why they are still taking orders and peoples money if they are not delivering on there product!!!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my order or delivery of my order I would be satisfied with one of them at this point!!!!

Review: I ordered a $4.95 12 day e-cig trial kit on December 13,2013 and have not received anything. The email I got confirming the purchase stated it charged me 9.95 and yet it did charge me 4.95 on my bank statement. The confirmation email I got from the company also stated 7-10 day delivery. I was just charged $99.95 on december 28 for the full product when I had agreed only to a trial product, yet I haven't received or was even able to try out. I've contacted the company 3 times yesterday and once today. I was told every time I couldn't speak to a supervisor because 1. They weren't in for the day yet, 2. They were out to lunch, 3. They had left for the day, and 4. They are in a conference meeting. The last one was today and the representative told me supervisors are in the office 24 hrs which contradicts the statements from yesterday. I just tried back again the times and now I get an automated message stating they are updating their website and to call back on Monday. Yet they are supposed to be 24 hrs. I will be disputing the charges with my bank for a full refund as I can't even speak to someone from the company that can help me. This company seems to be a scam that has no intentions of allowing anyone to get a refund for a product they haven't rreceived or er even acme to test out their "trial".Desired Settlement: I am trying to get my $99.95 that was charged to my account, plus the initial $4.95 I was charged for the product that has never been delivered.

Review: first time I order vapor cig for 4.95 they shipped it beginning of dec 2013 on the 27th of dec they deducted 99.95 from my bank account call got nowhere with them on jan 15th 2014 they deducted another 99.95 from my account have not received anything and can not get anywhere when I call

Review: I inadvertently ordered the Vapor Ultra e-cigarette and called the company immediately to cancel the order. I was told that I was not able to cancel the order but to call the company as soon as I received the cigarette for return instructions. The ad states that their would be a 30 day trial period during which I would be able to evaluate the cigarette. I was told that I would receive the cigarette in a few days and would have plenty of time to call them before my account was charged 99.95 for the Starter Kit. It is now 14 days since I placed the order. Today my account was charged the 99.95 and I hav e still not received the cigarette. I called again and was told that I had to wait for the package to arrive, not open it, and call them in order to get return instructions. After they receive the package they will credit my account within 5 days. Clearly, the practices of this company are suspicious. I am extremely annoyed in light of the fact that I called so quickly after the order was placed. It is amazing to think that their is a company which would refuse to cancel an order in this day and age.Desired Settlement: I want my money back IMMEDIATELY!!! I also wish that there was a way to put this company out of business and to alert others of their poor business practices.

Review: I ordered three electronic cigarette starter kits. Only one was opened and used. It also came with five refill cartridges per kit. When changing the refill cartridges only three worked out of all 15 refills. At this point I would have been happy to just exchange them. But when I tried to call them there was a message that said the office was closed. I have been calling them for two weeks now and always the same message. I have left my info. On there answering machine. And I have not received a call back. I have also submitted a return request. And have received no response from that. I would like my money back for two of the starter kits. Since one was used I don't mind keeping it.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back for the two unused starter kits.

Review: I purchased the Vapur Ultra e-cigarette starter kit and a pack of cartridges on March 22nd. The product, a hand written note thanking me for my business and stating if I have any issues to please contact via e-mail, and a business card with a phone number and e-mail address arrived in the mail. I did not receive a copy of my receipt or instructions for use of the product with my shipment. Initially, I was very pleased with the product, until I tried to charge it with the supplied USB port connector. The device never charged despite multiple attempts in different USB ports. I attempted to contact the company via phone, in which the automated menu states that "the company is currently closed" and I left multiple messages thinking this was due to the Easter holiday. I also attempted to contact via e-mail several times. I have never received contact back. I then purchased a replacement battery, pack or cartridges, and USB charger from the company website on April 3rd, which arrived promptly a few days later and again, no receipt, no instructions, and this also would not take a charge. I again attempted to contact the company via e-mail and phone with no success. This time I also filed a return request to which I never received contact back.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the products for a refund as I have since purchased an e- cigarette from another company.

Review: I ordered online an electronic cigarette which has yet to be delivered, shipped, or even filled as of this writing.

I have tried several times to call the phone number listed on the web site. The phone rings, there is a click, and then nothing.

There has been no response to emails sent either.

I'm afraid this company may have scammed me and others ( I have a co-worker who is having the same problem with this company) by obtaining credit card information.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund to my credit card and/or delivery of the product ordered.
