After reviewing the initial complaint received by the Revdex.com and forwarded here to Anytime Fitness, I have personally contacted Mr*** & left a voicemail Also, I have personally scanned a copy of Mr***'s agreement with Anytime Fitness It shows that he signed the agreement on 10/14/with days of No obligations (Noted on the side), which gave Mr [redacted] until 10/28/to cancel After that timeframe, we also extended Mr [redacted] the opportunity to freeze his agreement at anytime he needed, also noted on the side and initialed by myself The full extent of the agreement was explained to Mr***, and signed by himself, including authorization for preauthorized payments, term, and draft amount Unfortunately, his alleged date of contact with the gym (02/12/17) fell on a Sunday, which we are not staffed Our agreements here are straight forward and as simple as we can make them, we just need some initiative on the members end to contact us so we can come to a resolution together Again, unfortunately, we have no record of contact with Mr***, otherwise we would have been more than happy to freeze his account to accommodate him, as is customary with all our members Thank you for your time, and if you need anything from myself, please don't hesitate to contact meBest Wishes, Chris [redacted] ###-###-####
