Vapor Wize Midwest

I purchased a battery and flavored oil for a vaping system from the St. Charles location on Saturday. When I got it home and took everything out of the box, there was a part missing, the "tank" or tip. Usually these tips are included but it wasn't in this one and they didn't tell me that I would have to purchase that separately? When I went back on Sunday to question them about this, they told me that the "tank" has been discontinued. I asked to return the products, they said no because they have a no return policy. I looked all over the shop and did not see a sign that said such.
