Refunded customer $back to credit card 9/22/

Customer jumped on live chat about money being taken from
credit card, I emailed the customer about the declined transactions and how
they would be refunded. I have attached all the live chat statements with me
and the customer showing that I did let her know her transactions would go back
on...

the credit card. I have also attached the bank statements showing the charge
was only taken out once and declined the other 6 times from the customer
entering the information wrong. I have also attached the original order made by
the customer, since there was a mistake on the order we went ahead and canceled
it and made a 2nd order. I also provided the
documents showing the order was delivered and no money is due to the customer
since they still have the product. All documents provided should be enough to
show we do not owe the customer any money and all transactions should be back
on the card at this point. If there is a remaining balance that is due by the
customer that is more than $32.98 the customer can turn in the documentation
showing the transactions were declined. We have not heard from this customer
since August 8t h at 3:13pm so I
am assuming everything was refunded. Please let me know if there is any other
further documents needed.

refund (liquids are nonrefundable)." (https://www.vaporworld.biz/shipping-returns/). I understand the circumstances that the customer just wants us to try the liquid, but stating in the policy we can not accept this return. If you scroll down a little further on that page it also states "If it is liquid, your return request will be denied.". We have to stick to policy with every customer, therefor the customer claim was denied.

I am going to take this poison to another store for assessment. If it is deemed bad by a professional, I am going to have the sample analysed by the lab. Then the results will be turned over to an attorney. As a side note, the reason why I tried to be nice to vapor world is that I didn't have an issue with my previous two orders. I thought this company would NOT want to poison loyal customers.
