I placed an order on the vox mod 50 starter kit my total order is a couple hundred dollars and waited over 3 weeks to receive nothing. I stayed in touch with [redacted] who was my personal account manager who disregarded my shipping instructions, blew off my concerns and told me to call customer service meanwhile he is headquarters. thanks! now they are still holding my money and refuse to refund it. absolutely shocked at the lack of customer care and company greed. so much for trying to quit smoking using these guys ive been waiting over 3 weeks now go buy a quality vape somewhere else for much less the premium they charge in price isnt worth it with the quality of customer service I was very dissapointed after looking forward to this vape for weeks and now im charged for a product thats wasn't received unacceptable I will be working this out with my credit card company so its no big deal but look at the hassle.
if youre looking at the vox mod 50 do yourself a favor and stay away go save some money and order a ZNA50 mod.

I purchased a vaporfi platinum ii. Easy to set up. Charged and filled with liquid. I still cannot use it. After I took it to a vaping store, they said it was too weak. I can puff on it, but it doesn't work. Store told me that they could hear it working, but it was too weak to actually use.
