Review: Bought a vapor pen and it was never shipped. Quite simple really. I had several back and forth emails with "[redacted]" saying that he would send it and give me a tracking number. Never happened.Desired Settlement: I want my order sent to me.

Review: I have made three attempts to get a defective unit addressed. I only received one response after my first attempt asking the nature of my inquiry. No further responses have been receivedDesired Settlement: I would simply like my defective unit replaced.

Review: On November [redacted] I made a purchase from the website for a Christmas gift, I immediately received an email thanking me for my $110 purchase and "Your Invoice ID is [redacted].

Your Order will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

We will email you a tracking# once your order has shipped from our warehouse. "

12 days later I had received no further communication from the company. I have been emailing them and using the "contact us" form on their website for over a month now , threatening to report to the Revdex.com and dispute the charge on my card. They don't have a contact phone number for me to call and get help. Now the present I ordered A MONTH in advance will never be here in time for Christmas and I can't afford to just spend another $100+ dollars elsewhere.Desired Settlement: I need a refund or for them to get it rush shipped by Christmas. I think they should also have to have a customer service number listed and if they are no longer operating actively they need to take their site down and stop accepting payments.

Review: On May **, [redacted] of Vaporite processed my order of 10 Budypens for $316.19. The payment was sent to Vaporite going under the name "[redacted]" through [redacted] on the same day. On Jun **, I still had not received the products so I contacted [redacted] to let him know. He replied that same day, stating "sorry about this. I was not informed that you made the payment. I will ship your order tomorrow." On July **, I still have not received the products so I attempted to contact [redacted] again by email and through the contact form on the Vaporite website. As of today (July **) I still have not received the products nor have I heard back from [redacted].Desired Settlement: Because of my distrust of the company I would like a full credit card refund of $316.19. If that is not possible, I just want the products that I ordered and paid for.

Review: I read the High Times review of the Vaporite product. I went to their link and found a direct order line. I ordered a Buddy Pen Pro on 03/**/2014. The order was paid by credit card and I have the receipt.The receipt Id is [redacted] I called the company and talked to a representative a week and a half ago approximately. he promised the product would arrive by this Tuesday 04/**/2004, which has of course passed.

Many I have your assistance in either getting what I have paid for or my funds back?

Review: Do not order from these guys. Read there reviews. I am going through the same issues with them. Emails from [redacted] with empty promises. Read there reviews on [redacted]Also there address is fake as is there phone number. Fake address and phone number. I am organizing a review site about this business and encourage anyone who has been ripped of by them to provide you contact details so we can make sure everyone knows there stammers.I can be reached on [redacted] Over the next few weeks we will have another review/blog site to help steer people away. DO NOT BUY form this company !!Desired Settlement: Initially I was happy to just get the order but now I just want my money back. These guys are scammers so not touch them

Ordered a product received tracking info the next work day saying I'll receive my order in 1-3 business days 2 weeks later no package canceled order and ordered else where what a waste of time I highly recommend ordering elsewhere not sure I would have ever received package feel like this company is a scam
