I am rejecting this response because:
While I understand the company is attempting to place the fault of the problem on everyone but themselves the fact is the company states they offer refunds on manufacturer defective items within days of purchase yet
they do not it appears for anyoneI say this because since filing complaints I have received responses from others who have also experienced the same issues and were also crookedly offered a new receipt showing a falsely immediate purchase that would allow them to receive a refund directly from the manufacturerThe same manufacturer they say is not at fault as they deny your return by saying they can't confirm the products are defective from the manufacturerThis is a crooked company cheating their customers and their suppliers of whom I am also now in contact withI will only accept a refund and nothing lessI would also like to note my non working mod box has nothing more than superficial scratches from sitting in my plastic cup holder all day every day while I drive around for my work far from damaged by me as the business would like you to believeNothing more than another claim by the business
