They offered one free bottle of e- liquid after purchase of I purchased and now refused to honor rewards program
After I expressed my concern that it was extremely unfair not to honor the free bottle the clerk became very beligerant with me and told me not to ever set foot in any of their storesShe made no attempt to credit me in any way , shape of form with what I had earned!!!! I'm very upset that they changed their policy with no back up plan to accommodate situations like thisInstead of resolving the situation in the store, I was thrown out!!!! I used no foul language, nor did I raise my voiceI'm sure one bottle of that liquid costs them less than $If they offer a program like this, at least they can do is honor itI would have been happy with a refund of the cost of the bottle of liquid
I have been going to VAPORS for over a year. They helped me to Quit Smoking. The staff is just great. The store is nice with lots to choose from. I tried other Vape Shops in the area, but VAPORS is my Vape Shop of Choice. You can taste and try all there flavors of eliquids before you buy. Can't say enough about this place. It's great.
