On 10/27/I ordered Black Tesla 80W TC Starter Kit with an extra tank for $It was finally mailed out on the 10/31/- day shippingIt arrived on 11/03/at 2PM Via FedEx
When it arrived, it was missing the extra tank and it was red instead of black that I orderedOn The 4th was my birthday so on 11/05/I called and spoke to a womanShe informed me that starter kit did not come with a tank and showed me the fine print on their website that said pick a color but we will send you whatever is availableHad I seen that before I ordered I would not have done business with these peopleThey offered to return it at my shipping cost back plus a 15% restocking fee or 10% off an additional purchaseI chose to keep it as it was a gift for my wife
From the first day of use it started having problemsTank leaked, fire button stuck on and unit got super hotMy wife and I are new to the who vapor world so not knowing what we were doing we ask a friend of ours to look at itHe said that something was wrong we should take it to the local Vape shop and ask themWe took it to two Vape shops and hey both stated the same thingThere is something wrong with the mod and you get it changed out because it could be a fire issue and explodedI definitely did not want this thing exploding in my wife's pocket
On 11/11/at 11:A.MEST I placed a call to XXX-XXX-XXXXIt was answered by *** of whom stated he was a managerI had informed him that I needed to return my defective product (tank leaking and fire button sticking on the on position) At that time *** informed me that I was one day out of their 7-day return policy and even if it had been in the return period that it could not be returned just replaced with a 15% fee and my cost on the shippingAfter informing me of this, I was, to say the least dissatisfiedHowever, after some debate, we found a medium groundThat entitled a paid return label (RMA1668) and no restocking fee with the replacement of the items
I had inquired as to why the starter kit did not come with the charging cable and the tank for the price like other websites selling the same product*** had stated that they could be knock-offs, because Tesla does not supply the tank or the USB cableThen I stated that it should not be called a starter kitBut after doing some investigation after I got off the phone with *** and contacting tesla myself, the statement simply was not trueI then requested the tank that goes with the item in addition to the tank I ordered extraBy doing that, it will help sooth this dissatisfied customerHe responded with;

I told you that we are going to give you the tank that goes with the box modWhat is the issue here? It was my understanding that
that was what we talked aboutI put in the request for the return label so you do not have to come out of pocketYou send me back your
mod and tank and I'll send you a mod and tank without any deductions

Since that first email we have exchanged emails just trying to get the label from them to send itThey dragged it out for as long as possibleThe last email I received was on 12/15/and it read;
"Thank you for following up, ***We have received the unit and the inspection and
booking process has startedOnce completed we'll go ahead and send you out another
unit right away

Since the last email, I was contacted by the company via phoneThey left me a voice message informing me that they had tested the product and nothing was wrong with it, and stated they would now only return the same product only to me if I paid shipping and handling because they see nothing wrong itThis is incorrectThey must be running a scamSo I looked online and found complaints on other sites from so many people they have scammed and they sound similar to mineSome even claiming they are selling knock off's
First, they sent me the wrong product I.E the colorThen it the fire button would stick on and gets really hot(That is a fire hazard) I took it to two local shops and asked them if we were doing something wrong and they said it was a defective productI did all of this within the first week to be told they only have a day return on defective products and that is if it has not been usedHow do you know it is defective if you don't use it? Then they have strung me along with delay after delay
