Vaquez Framing

I hired two guys who work in my neighborhood to replace wood damaged in crawl space of my house. It was needed 3 areas of repair (joists, sills, damaged wood). They replaced a small piece10 inces and charged me $600.

I called them, they came looked in crawl space and said,, It is a leak of water pipe ''(maybe they caused damage), said to call me back and disappear.
