Varco Builders is Texas was contracted to do a fire-damage roof /framing demo and rebuild.
Project was paid for and the rebuild was left unfinished and much of it done with enraging poor workmanship.
We’ve had to hire someone else to correct the wrong-doing and finish the pending parts of the project.
Good Morning and we will not be refunding *** any monies. I was very sick and she did not want to wait until I got better to finish installing the windows which were on backorder.She went to McCoys and picked out windows they had in the warehouse. She then made a deal with my employees to start working for her to finish the job. So I am very confused about poor craftsmanship if hehad *** finish the siding he had originally started. I was not able to install 3 windows which included the trim out. I would be willing to refund $80.00 per window because that was the orginal aggreement she paid another contractor that was off work due to a work related injury. and another $100.00 for framing the exterior windows. So a grand total of monies owed would only be $340.00 not 3K That was the total agreement to install siding and all siding and the shed was completed. Varco Builders please do not hire this company for anything. Our HOA hired them to paint our units they arrived with old paint, no drop clothes (ruined many just redone roofs.) and charged us almost 3x the quote and did not paint all the units and the ones they did paint only painted 2 or 3 sides not all the unit. They were very unpleasant to work with also. Read the reviews all bad . FYI they will take your money and run or ruin your home. Had to put a star or this message would not be accepted but we give this company -F and no star.
