I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: since the new manager
refused to give me a receipt at the time of purchase of these shoes, only he could let me exchange these shoesWhen I asked to do so he refused adding that if I paid an extra $to have them "cleaned up" he would let me exchange them. I have been a customer at VARDA for about years dealing with the other sales people and I have never had any trouble exchanging shoes and was never charged a fee for doing so. I did not do anything different with these shoesThey cost $plus tax, they are in new condition and $is a stiff amount. By refusing to give me a sales receipt the old sales people cannot not exchange my shoes, only the new manager can. I am asking him to reconsider and let me exchange my shoes and not charge me so much money for doing soThank you
