We decided to exchange the washer for them. So we gave *** *** the option to choose from different washer machines. All three where connected and running at the time that he chose which one he liked. Sent: Thursday, May 14, 2015 4:02 PMTo: drteamSubject: Re: You have a New Message from Revdex.com Regarding Complaint #[redacted]   I [redacted]'t know why they have that check with the invoice; it is not mine.  We paid in cash as requested by [redacted].  If I had known about this policy, I would not have allowed [redacted] to buy the machine.  I normally [redacted]'t have access to a truck and I hate driving into [redacted].  It is basically [redacted]'s fault and not V[redacted] Appliance's fault although they told me for two days that someone would be coming out to fix it.  That is their fault.  I have a friend that will be bringing the machine back this weekend and I would prefer to get a complete refund.  If I have problems in the future, who's going to bring the machine down there?  Certainly not me.  I would have to inconvenience a friend with a truck or pay somebody to bring it down there.  I try to deal with local people in [redacted] area.  I just really [redacted]'t understand how for one, the agitator was broken when we got it and how it does not drain completely; I really [redacted]'t think the spin cycle is working.  I have to wring out the clothes that I had to wash and put a towel behind the machine for it leaks water out.  I have taken pictures of the inconvenience I have had to endure.  I will let you know what happens this weekend.  I just pray that they will cooperate with me and understand why I [redacted]'t want to do business with them and just want my money back.  I am sure they are a reputable company but they are just too far away from me to continue to do business with them.  Thank you for your help with this matter. issue has caused [redacted], but as stated on the receipt we [redacted]'t accept claims made by third parties, all claims should be made by the purchaser.  Also, as stated on the receipt it states that if the appliance was picked up by customer, the customer has to bring it back for any warranty issues.  We put this disclaimer on the receipt because we have customers from all over ex. [redacted] etc... and we do not have the manpower nor time to travel that far for a warranty issue.  As far as our company knows the Washer machine was purchased by a gentleman named [redacted] with phone # [redacted].  Mr. [redacted] read and signed the receipt which he agreed to all of our terms and conditions.  We will be glad  to help [redacted] if she would bring her machine to the store and we would take care of her warranty issue if she present the original receipt that she should have.  We have been in business for 6 years and we let all of our customers know that if the appliance is picked up by the customer its the customers responsibility to bring it back for any warranty issue like any other company will do.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at [redacted].   Thanks for all your help   Maricela V[redacted] Vice-President   Attached is a copy of the Receipt.
