Varied Shoes is refusing to process a refund for an item it took took them three months to ship.
Hello Revdex.com,
I am formally reporting Varied Shoes for unethical business practices with the Revdex.com.

I placed my order (VSXXXXX) on March 24th. I have documentation to prove my package was not shipped as of April 30th. On April 30th I emailed and demanded my order be cancelled and requested a refund. They refused. I have the email chain as documentation. I also have FedEx tracking information that indicates the package was not been shipped until early June.

The package was finally deliver on June 11th. My original order was placed on March 24th. I no longer need or want my order and they are giving me the run around with getting my refund. Per their website, my refund needs to be approved. https://variedshoes.com/pages/refund-cancellation-policy

They are refusing to give me return instructions and a full refund of 49.13. They are trying to give me discounts and etc. However I only want to return my shoes for a full refund. That is all.

I will attach to email threads. The first prior to delivery and the second, following delivery.

Please help. They are very unethical and I need support with getting my money back.

I placed an order with Variedshoes on Feb 25, 2020 and have only received half the package. I have been in contact with them and so far no resolution.
I placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes on Feb 25, 2020. I got a package in March, but it was only for half the order. I then emailed customer service on March 30 and they told me that there was shipping delays and it would be sent shortly after. Then on April 3 I got an email with the tracking number for the other half. Since then I have contacted them multiple times because the tracking info just shows label created, they have not been shipped at all. I asked them to provide me a refund multiple times and they have yet to acknowledge that or even provide me a solution. All I want is a refund for the order that I did not receive. My order number is VSXXXXX, the amount I want refunded is *** (the price of the shoes plus shipping and tax).

I was a refund of *** (the price of the shoes plus shipping and tax). And I want this business to be held accountable for their actions, their customer support needs to respond and give their customers more feedback and answers to their questions.

Bought shoes online in March. have yet to receive my shoes. sent several emails inquiring about the shoes and have not receive a response or my shoes.
Bought shoes on the website in early March. I was charged for the shoes, but still to this day I have not received my shoes. I have sent the company several emails asking for a status update, but I have not received a response back nor have I received my shoes nor have I received a refund.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes over a month ago. I have not received them. Company ignores my emails. No phone number to contact them. Requesting refund
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes totaling 57.00 on March 5th. The company states they will be shipped in 24 hours. Received an email the next day saying they were shipped. The tracking number is invalid. I have made several attempts to contact the company by email as no phone number is available. None of my emails have been answered. I would like my money back, worried this is a scam company.

I placed and order on 3/14 and sent their customer service and email asking for a tracking number and delivery date. They refused to provide one. That seemed odd to me. I said to just cancel it and issue a refund, since it had been almost 3 weeks with no delivery date or tracking information. They refuse to cancel the order and to refund me. I have No product for my payment.

I would just like a refund for the order I never received. They cannot provide an actual date or tracking number, so I just want it canceled and a refund for $28.74.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from this company (Order VSXXXXX) on 3/16/2019 and paid the full amount ($90.94) via my PayPal account (which links to my *** VISA Credit Card). I ordered a black pair, a yellow pair, and an apricot pair (all different types of shoes) and I only received one of the pairs (the black pair; which ended up not lasting long due to the heel breaking within a handful of wears). I contacted them via email (their ONLY type of contact listed on their website which is ***; which their website says "We will get back to you in 24 hours (which is an important note to this complaint) on 5/15/2019 (when I finally received 1/3 of my order) and informed them that I had only received one pair of shoes even though the other two pairs were listed *** delivered by their tracking email. *** from this company emailed me back on 5/16/2019 from that email (which has the name *** in the title when I see who it is from without opening for some reason) and stated they are sorry it must got lost in transit and will resend or issue refund; I wrote back the same day saying re-send, I dont want a refund AT THIS TIME, and if there is more issues I will reach out again. On 7/27/2019 I reached out again as I have not received my order; 7/28/2019 *** wrote back saying same thing *** did; I responded 8/9/2019 saying this is the last time I will hold off on getting refund; *** replied same day saying thanks. Since then, I have emailed them on 10/23/2019 & 11/12/2019 & 11/20/2019 & 1/7/2020 without getting ANY response. On 1/9/2020, *** responded apologizing asking to resend because "item was out of stock"; I responded same day saying No, I want a refund. *** responded same day asking for PayPal name to refund me; I responded 1/11/2020 providing that info. and 1/12/2020, *** wrote back saying "we received your message and we will prioritize your issue". I wrote back 1/21/2020 & 2/21/2020 because I still have not (even to date of filing this complaint) received my refund

Desired Outcome

Refund I would just like my refund issued, which would be $27.98 for the apricot pair and $28.98 for the yellow pair; in total = $56.96. This may seem like a small amount to file a complaint for, but I have never had issues like this before with a company that is THIS bad. I also am not the type of person who typically does something like this, but I am fed up with being ignored by them and have read MANY reviews of people complaining with similar or same issues as me. This company cant keep doing this
