Company called and stated things were taken care of before they actually received complaint in mail

My ** year old *** bought carpet at Variety Flooring years ago Last year she had to call them o come stretch her carpet and has been calling these last few weeks again because it is uneven and sticks up from the flooring While visiting her this past weekend, she told me she has try end several times to call and have them come out to stretch the carpet again They did not respond to her calls so I called before leaving on Monday morning I spoke to a man there and he said that he has seen calls about a work order ut said the carpet shouldn't need stretching for a couple of years He also aid he was busy I then explained that my *** is ** years old and.in the past months has had Major falls knocking out her front teeth, breaking her nose and thumb She lives alone and is having some balancing issues which is currently in therapy for I also explained that it is especially bad in the bedroom and Iam very worried aboutFalling again He said he understood and woul
