Doubke booked my daughter's birthday party and I didn't find out until hours before! They refunded my money and offered to reschedule for a different day, but it's not really possible to reschedule people at a moments notice, plus some people had driven into town just for the party Had to find a new venue, call the baker to change the delivery and contact all of the guests personally to explain I was not happy

Doubke booked my daughter's birthday party and I didn't find out until 2 hours before! They refunded my money and offered to reschedule for a different day, but it's not really possible to reschedule 75 people at a moments notice, plus some people had driven into town just for the party. Had to find a new venue, call the baker to change the delivery and contact all of the guests personally to explain. I was not happy.
