[It provides no resolution at allI was not provided accomodation after fire like other residentsThe HH Hunt managenent owes me rest of the rent for rest of the monthThat also forced me to sign a new lease at a place urgentlyI did not have luxury of chosing my own apartment as HH Hunt told me they would give me a resident referral of 'evicted'They owe me buyout of my current lease too. Finally, they also owe me compensation of total amount that is equivalent of what was provided to other residents in alternate accomodations.]

To Whom It May Concern:The resident has been contacted via emails and a phone call to explain the damages and justification for the costs associated with the move-out inspection. The carpet in the resident's apartment was months old and by all accounts in excellent condition at
move-in. The resident was provided a mocondition report to list any existing damages. The report was never returned by the resident. There were no complaints regarding the carpet during the resident's tenancy. A move-out inspection was completed with some minor issues found. Upon contacting our carpet cleaning vendor, it was discovered that extensive animal damage had occurred to the carpet requiring carpet replacement. The urine saturation was so extreme that the concrete floor had to be sealed and an ozone machine was used to remove the odor. The carpet vendor took pictures of the carpet and it was recommended to management to replace the carpet. The cleaning contractor could not clean or salvage the carpet due to the extensive damages. Carpets generally last 8-years, Walden Pond did not charge a replacement cost, but did charge a disposal fee, ozone fee and sealing fee which were associated with the damages. We do feel that the charges are fair and were confirmed by a 3rd party contractor. We appreciate the long term residency of this resident, however, we do feel that these charges are fair.Sincerely,*** ***Regional Property ManagerHHHunt Apartment Living

[The business (HH Hunt Management) does not provide me with any explanation on why I am being treated differently than other residents in the same building before the final report from Fire Marshal's office. The preliminary report clearly indicates that 'the fire was accidental with cause unknown with possibility of human error'. The report has not pointed towards negligence or bad intent from me or any other resident. At this point HH Hunt management has already made a judgement that I am guilty until proven innocent. This is highly unethical business practice especially when the resident himself is victim of the fire   ]
