To Whom it May Concern, I am responding to the complaint that Ms [redacted] made on 11/30/We are an independent insurance agency which represents several different insurance carriers of which all have their own underwriters and underwriting guidelines Traditionally when the Agency supplies the replacement coverage for one of the insureds that is being removed, the insurance carrier accepts evidence of replacement coverage in order to facilitate the transaction of an endorsement to the policy In this particular case, the underwriter at [redacted] of Vermont would not complete the endorsement until Mr [redacted] signed off We drafted a waiver and sent it to Mr [redacted] the same day the underwriter informed us of that The signed document was received back in our South Paris office just this morning 12/5/I spoke with my manager of that branch this morning and she advised me that she sent the signed waiver to [redacted] and phoned the underwriter this morning and they processed the endorsement with a backdate of 11/16/which is the date coverage began on Mr [redacted] ’ new policy The manager then accessed the billing information for Ms [redacted] ’ policy and emailed her the amount of her new paymentWe apologize for the inconvenience, however, we did try to resolve this as quickly as possible with all the parties involved and their respective requests and involvementSincerely, [redacted] | Chief Operating OfficerVarney Agency | Insurance & Bonding [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted] * [redacted]
