Great savings rate easy to move money around different accounts. Only downfall is it's hard to access your cash. I went to buy a used car and it was very difficult to get cash.

It is very very easy for me to bank with VARO Bank. However, the only thing that I do not like about VARO Bank, is that if I try to buy an item from an online retailer, through their company website, and I do not get the item that I had paid for online, I can not be allowed to speak to VARO Bank's customer service Dept. either over the phone, or via e-mail, in order for me to try to ask for a refund. VARO Bank's customer service Dept. tells me that I have to contact the online retailer instead in order for me to ask for a refund, and I don't like that. Okay.

Horrible bank, DO NOT give them your money. Company promised my account payoff on close in 2 weeks. It's been 3 weeks and they have no ETA for my money! Completely dishonest bank leveraging money I need.

Never had any issues work VARO. during the time of crisis due to COVID19 I've had more convince and ease of use than the brick and mortar banks. I'll stick with work my online bank account with Varo.
