I lived at Varsity House for monthsI took over the lease from another woman and she warned me about their business practicesMy first negative experience was in February when they claimed that I did not pay my rent on timeI brought in the receipt and they quickly found the record of my paymentHowever, they still tried to charge me for the late rent fee that was not applicableWe resolved that a week laterMy roommate was told that she did not pay her rent for March and after she brought in her receipt, she went through the same processI moved out before my lease was up and notified them that me and my dog would be vacating before the beginning of JulyThey said that because of this I would not be charged pet rent for JulyOn July 7th, I received notice that I owed $in pet rentThis was never resolved and I had to pay $because they could not find record that I notified them of our vacancyFinally, when I came in to schedule my final walk through, they said that they didn't have any record of me paying my first and last months rent back in January and they were going to have me pay that a second timeThankfully, I had my receipts and showed them every transaction that I had ever completed with themI find the majority of them to be unprofessional and inadequately trainedI would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone
